Leggings are my go to bottoms to wear all season long whether I am working out that day or just hanging out at home. There are so many leggings out there on the market and so many brands I've personally tried that were hits and misses. Girlfriend Collective is an ethical activewear brand that makes activewear clothes from RPET. (RPET- recycled polyethylene terephthalate.) They use old water bottles that pollute our earth and fish nets to create sustainable activewear.
The 2 leggings I wear from Girlfriend Collective are their Compressive High-Rise Legging and the FLOAT Seamless High-Rise Legging. I also have their High-Rise Pocket Legging which is the same material as the Compressive High- Rise Leggings just with a pocket, perfect for running.

Compressive High-Rise Legging
The Compressive High-Rise Legging were the first leggings I tried from Girlfriend. I've had my Compressive Leggings for about 3 years now and they are still in great condition. I am normally a size small and they did stretch a bit over time so for a tighter fit I can size down but I am also perfectly fine wearing a size small. They are squat proof! Perfect for leg days. I used to wear them to Hot Yoga and Krav Maga classes (before Covid). They are super versatile. These specific leggings are not super snug or supportive in the abdomen area the way Gymshark Energy Seamless Leggings are but they do provide some support. If you want more of a snug fit in the abdomen area, I'd recommend the FLOAT Seamless High-Rise Legging.
FLOAT Seamless High- Rise Legging
The FLOAT Seamless High-Rise Legging are AMAZING!! They are buttery soft, super lightweight and just a dream, they definitely do remind me of lululemon leggings. These are the type of leggings that you can use to workout in or to lounge around the house because they are that comfortable. They do feel like they have more of a snug fit in the abdomen area compared to the Compressive High-Rise Leggings. The FLOAT leggings are also squat proof! If you are looking for leggings similar to lululemon material and want to also support an ethical clothing brand, I'd definitely get your hands on the Float Leggings.
Along with their amazing leggings they also have bras, shorts, jackets, underwear and more! I just really appreciate this brand all around. So, if you ever see me wearing leggings, its probably from Girlfriend Collective (;
