Refund policy

RETURNS ONLY

At this time we are not accepting exchanges.
As for returns, you can return a product within 30 days of receiving your item for a full refund. The product(s) being returned must be in its original condition, unworn and with original tags in order to be eligible for a return.

HOW TO SHIP YOUR RETURN

Pack and seal your merchandise in its original clear bag if possible!
FUN FACT: The white recyclable poly mailers in which you received your items are reusable so no need to provide your own, we got you!

ITEMS NOT ACCEPTED

Any item not in its original condition (including tags), is damaged or exceeds the 30 days will not be accepted.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery will also not be accepted.

Any item that is final sale (jewelry and sale items) will not be accepted for a return.

REFUND PROCESS (if applicable)
Allow 5-7 days for returning items to be processed and possibly accepted. 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account (again.)
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

FINAL SALE ITEMS (if applicable)
Final Sale items cannot be refunded. This includes: jewelry, hair accessories, sale items and any other items put for final sale.

Final Sale items may ONLY be returned if the item was damaged. 

RETURNING YOUR ITEM

After emailing us about your return, we will email you a shipping label.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. DON'T FORGET, the packaging which was used to send your items is reusable, no need to provide your own packaging to send your return.

Everyone's locations and return travel time may vary, we will email you once your returning item(s) have been received. You have 30 days to ship your return starting the day you receive the return shipping label. After 30 days, if items have not been shipped, they will no longer be accepted. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
